    Chicken Strips – I make homemade ones with bread crumbs or cornmeal and seasoning. I use a variety because some like it hot and some like it not! Then fry in olive oil or bake until crispy. Serve with ranch dressing or eat them plain. I also serve chips and fruit. Everyone loves the chicken strips…then it’s out to play, do the homework or help gpa in the yard!
