Good Luck!

This weekend I had my two youngest grandchildren for an overnight visit. I read Goodnight, Hattie, My Dearie My Dove, to the kids at bedtime…they loved it! They joined in at all of the repetitive lines and I loved it! The illustrations are wonderful also. As they left with their mom the following evening, they smiled and giggled as I called, “Goodnight Addison-My Dearie My Dove! Goodnight Joey-My Dearie My Dove!” Another good memory made this weekend, serving them tea in china and them loving the special treatment. Enjoying your site thoroughly, Kay!
Cindi,
I’ve not read Goodnight Hattie! A new book to share with my grandkids! Thank you for sharing this. Glad you are enjoying the site. ARen’t our grandkids a blessing?
My granddaughter is still in the board book stage, but “Snuggle Puppy” is a favorite for us!
Sue,
Thanks for mentioning Snuggle Puppy. I love hearing of books I don’t know about.
I love reading stories to any or all of my 7 grandkids. Tomorrow I’m babysitting 3 of the girls. I know there are adventures awaiting in some books. I’d love to be in the current give-away! Thanks.
Joan,
7 grandkids!!! That is wonderufl. Have fun with the girls tomorrow. I am sad I won’t see mine on Friday as i usually do!
Joan,,,You are the winner!
When we move closer to the grandchildren, which will be very soon, I’ll love having them spend the night and reading them stories. I love your website Kay.
This would be wonderful for my little Isabella (18 months old). She is absolutely crazy about all animals and birds. If it’s alive she wants to hold it. I think the Lord has an important job in store for her dealing with some kind of critters. Wonderful website Kay!
