Fruit Dip
Last week, a friend sent me this fruit dip recipe. It was served at her daughter’s bridal shower and it was a great recipe that I would like to share with you.
Rich White Chocolate Cheesecake Dip
Rich and decadent but so tasty, this dip naturally complements fresh fruit.
Ingredients:
6 ounce white chocolate coarsely chopped
3/4 cup light cream
16 ounce cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp sugar
4 tsp lime rind, grated
2 tsp lime juice
Preparation:
In heatproof bowl over saucepan of hot (not boiling) water, melt chocolate with cream, stirring gently. Let cool to room temperature.
In separate bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until fluffy; beat in lime rind. Stir in chocolate mixture and liqueur. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 days. Let stand at room temperature to soften.

That sounds delicious! I’ll have to try it. My granddaughter Emma especially likes to try out new recipes like this. She’ll love it.
