Fruit Dip

Last week, a friend sent me this fruit dip recipe. ┬áIt was served at her daughter’s bridal shower and it was a great recipe that I would like to share with you.

Rich White Chocolate Cheesecake Dip

Rich and decadent but so tasty, this dip naturally complements fresh fruit.

6 ounce white chocolate coarsely chopped
3/4 cup light cream
16 ounce cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp sugar
4 tsp lime rind, grated
2 tsp lime juice

In heatproof bowl over saucepan of hot (not boiling) water, melt chocolate with cream, stirring gently. Let cool to room temperature.

In separate bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until fluffy; beat in lime rind. Stir in chocolate mixture and liqueur. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 days. Let stand at room temperature to soften.
