The NMR site gives you tips on roasting the perfect marshmallow,how to eat a roasted marshmallow, a recipe for traditional S’mores and one for Gourmet S’mores. You can even purchase SMORSTIXS from them.
Who knew?
I guess that is how big a summertime tradition Roasting Marshmallows has become .

If you are looking for an innovative way to serve S’mores ( a make ahead dessert) you may want to check out All Recipes ice cream version. It looks pretty yummy to me. You will still need to roast a marshmallow at the last minute—but with the National Marshmallow Roasters Institutes tips–that shouldn’t be a problem.
