I just happened upon this blog today and it is really a great site for moms and grandmas looking for fun ideas. Today’s blog on easiepeasie.blogspot included a recipe for making homemade finger-paints.
You can be sure I’ll be visiting this blog often.

I read that cutting up sponges into 1″ squares and putting it in my hanging planters helps to hold the water in…having done this with colorful sponges I realized my 5 year old grandson would love to play with the pcs. I wouldn’t recommend this for little ones since they may put them in their mouth. I have a bucket now of the many colorful squares for all the older little ones now…It’s fun to watch them stack, create and even throw them around
Margaret, what a great idea!
