Frozen Lemonade Pie from The Frugal New England Kitchen

I love lemonade and I love easy.  This pie is both!  This recipe from Cindi Matthews at The Frugal New England Kitchen has only four ingredients and takes minutes to whip up and will be a wonderful treat after summer Sunday dinners.

In fact, I think this would be a great follow up to our Roasted Sticky Chicken.

All you need is:

  • 1 can Frozen lemonade slightly thawed (use only half for one pie !)
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened CONDENSED Milk
  • 1 12-oz. Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 Graham Cracker Crust
